Dear customers,

We would like to provide an update regarding shipments to certain Middle East countries.

Shipping services to the countries listed below have now partially resumed via FedEx.

Affected countries:
Bahrain, Iran, Iraq, Israel, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia

Please note the following important updates:

• Shipments are currently available via FedEx only
• Packages exceeding 68kg may not be accepted due to carrier restrictions
• Delivery times may be longer than usual depending on the destination and situation

For orders that were previously on hold, shipments will resume sequentially based on carrier availability.

We will continue to monitor the situation and provide further updates if there are any changes.
